My name is Jane and I am a television producer. I married my best friend in October 2015 and since then we've embarked on an awesome world tour. We backpacked through Central America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, India, and New Guinea.

In general, we are an open-minded, easy-going, spontaneous and thoughtful couple. We love chatting over tea in living rooms just as much as laughing over beers at the bars. We love animals, history, storytelling and making new friends.

I am definitely more a scripted, TV Drama person than a movie person. My favorite shows are: Sons of Anarchy, Six Feet Under, Game of Thrones, Grey's Anatomy. I like shows that make me uncomfortable. Not much for traditional reality programming, but there are some brilliant formats out there. I love true story telling shows like I Shouldn't Be Alive.

Movies: I like dark, gritty fantasy with depth. Aka I love Pan's Labyrinth, but hated Lord of the Rings (although Smog is a magnificent beast), I love the Wizard of Oz and anything Judy Garland related, American History X, Lion Witch and Wardrobe, Barraka, Winged Migration, Poltergeist (original)...

Books: I must say that I wish I were more well-read. Truthfully, I found a passion in scripted television early in life and spent my time watching/studying TV more than reading books. I don't regret that but I am working on finding more time to read. Right now I am loving American Gods, Aborsen, The Liars Club, and For Whom The Bell Tolls.
