=) I'm from Atlanta, Georgia but this past January I moved to South Africa to serve a 27-month contract with the United States Peace Corps. I am a full-time volunteer working in the health field with a focus in HIV/AIDS.

I currently live in a rural community called KwaNyuswa in the middle of the Valley of 1,000 Hills in KwaZulu Natal and work with other surrounding villages in the region with projects that involve HIV/AIDS prevention, care, community outreach and education, poverty alleviation, and income generating activities.
