Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started using Couchsurfing in the summer of 2010 when I was staying in France so I could meet some new friends and it was a great experience. Since then, I have hosted at my home in Glasgow. met some amazing friends in Rome and travelled a little in Italy and Spain!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Being in a empty house, mid-restoration, with someone playing the piano. It was like a private concert - beautiful!! This is why we couchsurf and don't pay for expensive, impersonal hotels.

Interests

I am a social person and I like to be around people. When with friends I enjoy having a chat, going for a drink and I like to go to the theatre.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music tastes?! Well my ipod has everything from the Black Eyed Peas, to the Killers, to Aretha Franklin, Disney..... lots!!! Depends on my mood I suppose. To dance, I need a good beat, and to reflect I like acoustic.

Movies- I have to be a typical girl here and say I love a good romcom. I mostly watch comedies or psychological films. Most things go for me to be honest (as long as there's not too much blood and guts, it's just not necessary :p)
