ABOUT ME

I am an easy going girl from a small farm town in the middle of California enjoying the world. I am a navy wife and it fits well with my gypsy roots. I am not planted in one area too long. Which is good for my soul. Since getting married a few years ago, we ave moved to South Carolina, Washington, and Norfolk, Virginia. But the world called to me and I am now living in Amnat Charoen, Thailand and teaching English.

PHILOSOPHY

"Sure, I'll try it." I keep an open mind about most things. What is that? Brains? Sure I'll try it. Ice climbing? Why not? Let's do it!

I have hosted people (in my unmarried days) and I am now available for coffee, hanging out and meet-ups.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted some guys which you can see on my page. All of them were kind, put up with my early-to-rise hours, and brave to be my first couch surfers.

兴趣

I love food. Not just eating it, but the entire concept of food and how humans make it, dress it up, and the stipulations which they eat it only during specific times of day, season, holiday, ceremony, is absolutely captivating! Plus food defines so many cultures you can't think of it as just a filler.

Dancing. Why only walk when you can sashay or saunter or jump. I love dancing and specifically belly dancing; it just feels good to do it.

Writing. Go figure.

If you travel to Mongolia- take vitamins, seriously, the travel guide wasn't joking about that one, I came back to the States quite malnourished since I was there for a few months. But it is BEAUTIFUL and one of my favorites places on Earth.
