I'm a student at Colorado College studying sociology. I'm currently studying abroad, so I am not accepting guests. I love to read, spend time outdoors, and travel, and meet new people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've studied abroad in Bolivia, Nepal, Jordan, and Chile, and in each country I've stayed with local host families. My home stays have been some of the best parts of my travels. My host families have taught me so much about their language and culture and have graciously cooked local food for me and shown me around their city. Because of these wonderful experiences, I've realized I would much rather stay with locals than be isolated in a hotel and only experience the tourist parts of a place I'm visiting, whether abroad or in the US. I also hope to provide similar experiences for people who come to stay with me!
