Hello. My name is Togzhan, with pronunciation TogJan. I am originally from Kazakhstan, but at the moment I study in Turkey for Master’s degree. Why Turkey ? Many people ask me this question during the experience of Couchsurfing. Shortly, I speak Turkish fluently, so I decided to do my Master in the different field in the different country, to get more experience and to become qualified specialist. Besides my student life I am obsessed with traveling. Because it’s really very good opportunity to extend your horizontal culture, to meet new people, thanks to these people to explore a new culture for myself. So Couchsurfing helps me to make it. I think I am interesting person to talk to about any topics.

I can say that I am mélomane. Speaking about books, my preference is detective, mystic genre, which intrigues me. But my favorite book is the classic one, «Martin Eden» by J. London.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think for the girl at my age I reached many goals. But the biggest achievement in my life might be the experience in the USA. Because it was my first trip to abroad and a life experience apart from my family, also I flight for the first time. So that makes sense why this is an amazing thing I ever done.
