About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Adapt.

ABOUT ME

I am a chef...and am always down to nerd out about the food and drink world. I live on a moment to moment basis. I love to be outside as much as I can and highly regard the presence of good company. I am creative, honest, fun, and take life as it comes. I make it a goal to smile often and laugh even more... and always accept the opportunity of a good time. I don't like to sweat the small things. Mmm and I am always on the search for my new favorite pizza.

PHILOSOPHY

Its all about the pinch of salt we have a tendency to overlook.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

"One of the greatest experiences we have in life is experiencing the world through the eyes and minds of others."

Interests

I am constantly experimenting with recipe development as well as food and wine pairing. Discovering new palate pleasures is something I never turn down. I live for outdoor adventures (hiking, running, swimming...you name it)! I enjoy playing the guitar, as well creating many genres of artistic mediums. Meeting new people is an absolute essential element in my life. I love exploring new cultural protocols and languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mmm eclectic tastes. Jam seshes make my day. I love being introduced to my next binge watching show. Stay gold, pony boy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A lot of what I consider to be my experienced "amazing moments" happens in the midst of spontaneity. I had the honor to prepare meals for Obama , Tom Hanks, Tyra Banks and a few others. I've received a samurai sword from Iron Chef Marc Forgione... I've climbed to some awesome heights and have met some pretty inspiring people. Circumnavigating the United States was extremely rewarding. Though, perhaps my favorite was when I met the love of my life in Baja and traveled around in a van.

Teach, Learn, Share

I embrace the experience of meeting someone new. A newly acquired being makes for a new impression of thought.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Unfortunately I move around too much at the moment. Once I settle somewhere that can accommodate guests.. doors will be open!

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Canada, Honduras, Indonesia, Mexico, Panama, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In
