I'm a photographer and married to my high school sweetheart. We have a pug named Haeger Paul-Anka, and love tiny cars. I've been to about 40 US states, plus England, France, Crete and Ireland so far. I'm adding Oslo, Scotland and Italy to my list this January. I work for a store that sells travel gear (when I'm not photographing) and love hearing about people's cultures and adventures. I'm not currently offering to host simply because my husband don't even have enough space to have family visit us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love cultures and think that you're not seeing the world as it was meant to be seen if you only stay in one place. I would love to meet some awesome new friends through CS.

Interests

I have a lot of normal interests like travel, learning languages, photography, hiking, camping, rubbing my pugs belly, eating good food, drinking coffee.
Then I also have my silly interests like ghost hunting, cleaning, getting lost and finding new places, and pickles.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really don't like the radio. Its always the same trending music, and it gets old fast. I like Mika, Tegan & Sara, Lykke Li, MGMT, Santigold, etc.
I really enjoy movies and t.v. The list of my favorite movies is way too long but includes How To Steal A Million, Casablanca, & Paris Je T'aime. Favorite show is Gilmore Girls :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning other languages and it would be amazing to trade skills with someone over coffee or tea. I can also teach photography or editing to an interested host!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm very clean and polite, I don't party or smoke, and I hate being loud, so I'm typically not. I'm willing to trade a couple of nights for photography session or a few prints from my etsy shop.
