I'm a psychotherapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, a super effective form of therapy especially in treating trauma. I won't desensitize or reprocess you but I can tell you about it. I also have taught Dialectical Behavioral Therapy classes, which is super effective in treating Borderline Personality Disorder and a bunch of other things! I have also facilitated an art/psychoeducation/cinema therapy group based on the books by Brene Brown, PhD, promoting wholehearted living through shame resilience. I specifically work with older adults diagnosed with "severe mental illness", and I do a bunch of interesting case management and rehabilitation.

I find people fascinating so I am default interested.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Apparently, I can spread a laughter contagion, exhale poetry, and make people's day in a nonviolent way. I have been described by my clients as magic.
