Janet: I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their travel stories. I've been a mom and homemaker for 20 years. I spend my time cooking, dancing, playing music, hiking, boating & being with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've hosted many times including: a solo young man from Scotland who played Scottish music on his guitar, a four piece band from New York, a family from China, a young sandsculpturer from Michigan and a couple who met couchsurfing in India (and their beautiful 1 yr old daughter!:) And, the list continues... All are great experiences.

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Janet: Raised two kids! Still married to my wonderful husband and father of our kids.

Chris: Ditto. Traveled in Central & South America BC (Before Children). Speak spanish.

Teach, Learn, Share

I make excellent blackberry pies and apple brown betty from our homegrown blackberries and apple orchard. Not to mention blackberry jam.
