ABOUT ME

I am interested in visual arts and music. I have travelled a lot and love meeting new people. My 10 year old daughter and I have 8 chickens, 2 small dogs, and 1 cat. We try to be positive people and try to surround ourselves with like minded people.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in treating people the way I would like to be treated. I am not a particularly religious person but I do believe there is something bigger than us all. I think we all need to slow down and try to be aware of the little moments that are happening now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We can occasionally host one or two people at a time in our airstream trailer. We have a small apartment in a two family home in Hyannis near the harbor. We don't have an extra bedroom so the airstream serves as one. We are also planning a trip to Italy in March of 2015.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My sister joined several years ago and I have met some great people through her that were visiting as couch surfers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite book is A Confederacy of Dunces but I'm not a big reader. I do love David Sedaris. Favorite city in the U.S. Is New Orleans for the music, food, architecture, and general vibe. As for movies, I like a good story, not a big action movie person. I like all of Almodovar's movies.
