CURRENT MISSION

my current mission is to prepare myself for a cycling tour through slovenia.

ABOUT ME

i am a person who likes spontaneous decisions and all kind of adventure. i really like to know new people and new places. i am also very proud of my home place and more proud when i can tell or show someone my home place. this is also the reason why i like the idea of couchsurfing.
when i describe my character i can say that i am very tolerant to things that are different, i can listen very carefully to others. i always want to understand the thinking of other people. and i think i have some sense for humor, because i can make people smile.
i am also very hard working and i can follow my objectives.
i love to work on our village. when i work there i forget about the usual problems and than i can think more clearly.

PHILOSOPHY

also the bad things in life are good, because they show us and help us to recognize the really good things in life.
i believe in the power of our minds. everything what we really want to happen will happen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i will host all couchsurfers that will have the interest to travel through our village. when i will be on a trip abroad i will present my country in a good way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

personally i don't have a lot of experience with couchsurfing. because i am new in this "business". but i heard a lot about it from my friends. i met also some couchsurfers that were guests at my friends.

Interests

my biggest interest is my profession, forestry. my passion are traveling, hiking and cycling.
as a volunteer i work in our local tourist association Žetale. We organise youth exchanges. i also took part on some exchanges abroad. for example in italy, portugal and cyprus. there i get one of my best experiences in life.

Music, Movies, and Books

i prefer rock and reggae music. i like book and films with psychological content. but my favorite movie is the lord of the rings trilogy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i have climbed up the mountain triglav, that is 2864m high.

Teach, Learn, Share

i know a lot about nature especially about forest. how to manage with the forests to protect and to save them and also how earn money from it. in slovenia we could this conatural management. how to do this we have good example in the nature alone, the virgin forest, where we do a lot of researches.
i know also a lot about a healthy food production and of course a lot about our country, slovenia.
