Trying to capture the spirit of couchsurfing for a tv-documentary - and to encourage others to travel too. Because despite all the bad news I believe the world is actually a really good place and people are nice.

ABOUT ME

I am travel- journalist who is still semi-new to Couch-surfing. I am the host of a travel show on German public television (NDR) where we visit European and Eastern European countries meeting local people. I always liked to travel and explore new places.

It's the best way to truly learn about a new place - and find a new access to places you have visited before.

I can teach you how to play the guitar and the bass, how to make movies and how to tell jokes in German cause I also work as a joke-writer. And yes. There is german jokes.

I can share my perspectives on my home country, like to talk about current affairs - and local tv programme. I am genuinely interested in how people live and what life is like in your city!
