我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When living in Mexico and working with Food for the Hungry, I was in charge of the daily watering of the chiltipins (chili peppers) for an agricultural project. I left my trailer in the early morning hours to avoid the heat as I walked the half mile to the stand where the plants were. One day, as I stood with the hose in hand, 20 or 30 hummingbirds started whizzing and diving and hovering to bathe in the spray. It was a magnificent sight.
