About Me
I am planning a motorcycle trip from Australia to Germany from 2027 to 2028 - be a part of my journey - be a part of my travel book!
I won’t accept any friend request without meeting anybody in real life!
A LIFE LESS ORDINARY
Call me Nina :)
Passionate adventurer with a deep love for travel, motorcycle riding (I am a real petrolhead), hiking, horseback riding, and swimming. Exploring the world is not just a hobby for me; it's a way of life. Whether trekking through breathtaking landscapes, riding horses, or diving into crystal-clear waters, I find joy in every moment of the journey.
Join me in creating unforgettable memories and discovering the beauty that the world has to offer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, this platform represents not only a cost-effective way to travel but, more importantly, a unique opportunity to see the world through the eyes of locals. Traveling, to me, is not just about visiting places but also about meeting people, hearing stories, and understanding different perspectives.
Couchsurfing allows me to forge real connections anywhere in the world. The idea of staying in the homes of hosts gives me the chance to experience the culture, hospitality, and way of life of various communities up close. It's fascinating to witness how diverse our world is, and I firmly believe that through the exchange of experiences and openness to other cultures, we can make a positive impact.
For me, Couchsurfing is not just about finding a place to sleep; it's about the exchange of ideas, making friends, and creating lasting memories. I look forward to meeting new people, hearing their stories, and sharing unforgettable moments together.
If you share similar values or are simply curious to learn more about the world and its diverse inhabitants, I warmly invite you to be part of my Couchsurfing journey. Let's explore the world together, discovering not only places but, more importantly, people!
Thank you for being here, and I look forward to, perhaps, meeting you in person soon!

Music, Movies, and Books
Ones that make you think; anything related to adventure and travel. Thriller novels.
I don't own a television; instead, I prefer to explore the world firsthand.
Music from Rock to Techno everything. I am open to new music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Embarked on an unforgettable road trip through the vast landscapes of Australia, traversing stunning terrains and creating cherished memories along the way (from Sydney to Uluru, from Uluru to Fraser Island (Kgari) and Moreton Island as well). Explored the breathtaking beauty of La Reunion on an exhilarating hiking tour, immersing myself in the awe-inspiring nature of the destination. One of the most remarkable experiences was the opportunity to swim alongside majestic humpback whales and playful dolphins, turning an ordinary day into an extraordinary encounter with marine wonders.
Had a wonderful trip to Sardegna in 2024 where I met my italian family after many many years. Afterwards I traveled to the Vosges where I made some beautiful experiences, which I will never forget.
Teach, Learn, Share
I offer more than just a guest presence—I bring a cultural exchange to your home. Fluent in German, English and good in Italian. My culinary skills are a highlight, especially when it comes to crafting authentic and delicious Italian dishes like lasagne and pizza (guests love it). Let's not just share a space; let's share experiences, languages, and the joy of savoring homemade Italian cuisine together.
But please, please have patience that I will visit the places as well - unfortunately I had some shaky experience during one of my trips, which was horrible for me. I wont stay all days indoors!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love sharing meaningful conversations and laughter with my hosts, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere wherever I go. Whether it's swapping travel stories, enjoying a home-cooked meal together, or simply appreciating the local culture, I believe in fostering connections that go beyond the typical tourist experience. As a guest, I bring positive energy, respect for personal space, and a genuine interest in learning from and about the people I encounter on my journey.
***It's worth noting that I won't be spending the entire day indoors; I'm eager to venture out and discover the unique aspects of each destination.***
My arrival time might vary a bit since I'll be traveling by motorcycle. Weather conditions can be unpredictable, and I may need to adjust my travel plans accordingly. I hope for your understanding.
