I have happy duck syndrome. My therapy is laughter, sleep and staying active. I love pushing myself, love those challenges and the unknown! i'm not much of a planner, just usually end up in a new country with a confused smile on my face. Seriousness is good though, but I still prefer being serious with a side of silly.
