I love life. I love nature, food, the earth, my body, healing, connecting to people and different expressions of life. I am passionate about chinese medicine and integrate this philosophy into my daily life. I practice acupressure and shamanic healing to assist individuals in restoring harmony within and enjoying health and vitality! I also teach yoga and integrate these teachings in my classes. I enjoy writing poetry and creating music from my poems. I play guitar and do spoken word, expressing my own journey of discovery and growth. I am open-minded and enjoy learning from other people and their experiences and traditions!
