I have been a couchsurfer since 2014 - on and off.
I'm originally from Nuremberg then went off studying in Singapore and from there continued to intern in Sri Lanka for a social school project, then to Bangalore/India to intern in an ad agency.
The journey continued to London where I lived and stayed 6 years, Abu Dhabi where I spent one impactful winter creating a sports & wellbeing project for the community, before I re-rooted back to my roots in germany - I've been living and loving in Berlin since. So much to share about this lovely city here, its history, culture, places, meaning.
I'm into nature, travel, hiking, exchanging stories and my ever curious self really led me to experience so many places and cultures around the world. Im so grateful for this experience and continue to stay humble and travel our beautiful earth with all respect and care especially to its Indigneous communities and rich flora and fauna.

Boutique travel, airbnb- homogenous apartment concepts, has all taken this from us. Would love to return to the kind of raw exchanges we were used to 10 years ago...

Definitely the most amazing thing I have done by far.
Sumatra Jungle Trekking Tour witnessing one of our rare species the Orang Utans.
An absolutely humbling experience interacting with these beautiful creatures.
it was at a time during my studies in Singapore, I was so young and couldn't grasp yet the meaning of being in this vulnerable place on earth - with such a rare biodiversity, a beautiful village community and just a place you would like to protect for the rest of your life.
it was the most impressive experience in my life and back then I thought it made me fearless to whatever will cross my path in the future. We lived in the jungle for a few days. We climbed a waterfall, rode on a tube through a wild water river, played games with local kids, explored a hidden caves.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I will teach you some beautiful recipes, foraging, biomimicry, an approach to live and think regeneratively and non-extractive, and beautiful tools for activism and embodiment. Let's share a beer, hike, walk, laugh, bar night out, or reading together in the park. I'm up for everything fun and meaningful!
