Overview
About Me
The last few years I've been mostly living in my own world or travelling through books and movies so it's for me to explore the real world!
I'm an uncomplicated and curious person, somewhat introverted but always eager to meet interesting people. This summer I will be travelling through Europe on my own in the hope of finding lots of fascinating places and cool people to explore them with! Maybe you can show me your favourite spots?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm new here and I hope that Couchsurfing will help me to step outside (and hopefully expand) my comfort zone, make some international friends, give me the opportunity to practise my English and provide me with some priceless experiences.
Also, well, to save some money on hostels of course :)
Interests
I'm studying astrophysics at the University of Bern with a passion for planetary science. When I'm not at uni I enjoy reading thick books, playing floorball, dabbling in graphic design, hiking or just spending time with friends.
Since I like being able to afford something to eat from time to time I earn some money working night-shifts at the local observatory and doing illustrations for the university's video production team.

Music, Movies, and Books
Don't even get me started... I read lots of books, mostly fantasy and biographies. I love to drown in immersive movies (e.g., Blade Runner 2049, The Lord of the Rings) or absurdly creative stuff (e.g., Guy Ritchie's films).
What I Can Share with Hosts
I promise to be a respectful and clean guest and hopefully a new friend. If you have some spare time I would love to go on a hike or whatever you enjoy doing together! And of course I will help you with whatever chores need doing :)
