About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Seeing the world's most fascinating places and meeting its most interesting people
ABOUT ME
I'm a German student of International Relations, not knowing what to do with that later. But as I am very relaxed, I tend not to worry about that yet ;) I'd describe myself as easy-going, calm yet with the ability to be enthusiastic, as I think one should always try something new in life. Oh, and I'm highly sarcastic, with a tendency to weird humor
PHILOSOPHY
I believe one should always be aware that nothing is for eternity, in order to fully live, experience and enjoy the moment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I already travelled around some places in the world and always enjoyed being with locals the most!
Interests
I've always been interested in other countries and cultures, their language and history, especially the latter. That means spending a good amount of time with books, but meeting people from places all over the world is even more fun, of course!

Music, Movies, and Books
Metal in its uncountable variations has always been my pleasure, and going to festivals is therefore always a great thing to do - I spent a good amount of time and money on that :D
Movies, well... historical ones are interesting (thinking about Gladiator), and I'm a huge fan of Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. I even tend to quote from those regularly, but so far only the fewest understood it
And concerning books, I always had a fable for fantasy and historical novels. Currently I'm yet more focussed on bibliographical ones.... and of course all the stuff I have to read for university. That will never take an end..
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sitting in a natural hot pool amid hilly forests and clouds after the strenuous Copland Track on New Zealand's west coast is as unforgettable as climbing Mt. Tongariro's icy ridge
Teach, Learn, Share
What could I teach? Depends on who asks about what, I guess. I can tell some tale about European history and politics, for those who are interested in such rather boring things.
Being a good listener I rather tend to learn, and I also gladly share this attention with other people and their stories.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I daresay I could share my easy-going and relaxed company. And my capacity for enthusiasm. So far I have heard no complains about this
