Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We realized that after a few trips, what often stuck most in our head were our encounters with locals. This is where you can pass the threshold of simply being a tourist with a look from outside. We started hosting, too, and got to know very interesting people in our home in Zurich!

In our free time we enjoy vegan cooking and baking, reading, trying our best with house plants, thrift shopping, table tennis, badminton, laughing and board games.

Anja has a passion for photo- and videography, and Jan sure knows a lot about languages, sports and history. We like learning about (vegan!) meals from other cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We had the opportunity to couchsurf in different countries from Bolivia to Kazakhstan and all of the encounters were wonderful. So we want to give back something! A cozy free bed in expensive Zurich :-) And we want to meet you! We especially welcome couples, vegans, Brazilians and Russian-speaking people (as these are the languages we're currently learning).
