My name is Jana and I am quiet, adventurous human being, studying medicine. If I am a good person, I don't know, let others speak. But I try to treat people in the way I want to be treated.

My home is in Brno for 6 years now, but I am from Slovakia originally. Travelling is magical, because it transforms people, broadens their horizonts, connects them and unplugs them from their fast stressful lives. That's why I do that. I want to discover also less fashionable places, they bring the real feeling of the place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Beginner couchsurfer. I tried couchsurfing once in Ljubljana and it was really nice. I normally prefer friendly and social atmosphere of hostels, where you can meet people from all around the world. Couchsurfing is about something else - meeting locals (or at least people staying in the city more than a week) and that is completely different experience. Hope only in a good way.

Interests

Surprise, surprise, it is travelling, meeting new people and cultures. My passions are my boyfriend, mountains, that have to be climbed and, of course, medicine.
And I also love cooking, so if I will host someone or stay at someone's place a little bit longer, I can prepare typical Czech and Slovak dishes for you, but I can't promise, the result will be perfect. :)
