Hey there!
My name is Janna! I have always been interested in people, cultures and expanding my knowledge about the world- I guess that’s why I ended up becoming an Anthropologist and on Couchsurfing.

Currently I am based in Amsterdam ATM but for my job I travel quite a bit since I work with different governments on digital health implementations. So basically an Anthropologist in Health Tech & Governance.

I grew up in Germany as one of two daughters to a Russian and Kyrgyz mom and dad.

I love couch surfing because it has allowed me when I was younger to travel to new places and meet incredible people! I remember from one of my hosts in the Bahamas the ABCs if life : Always Be Chillin’ so that’s me.

I would say I am extremely easy going and love cracking jokes but also having more thoughtful conversations about God,the Kardashians and the world.

One of my interests/passions is dancing! I used to be a dancer in the Bay Area and currently I dance in a studio in Amsterdam .
