Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have experiences of couchsurfing from both ancles, hosting and surfing.
Those times when I actually have ability to host people I gladly do that. So far that has only happened when I've been in Finland. I guess what comes around goes around, it's good to help mates on the road out. And I like to feel traveling vibes while I'm setteled.
When traveling, I like to make new friends and see new places from local view.
Basically, I love the idea of global community and sharing.

Interests

Life. Oh man don't get me started.

Art, creativity and expression in all forms; painting photographing, drawing. Writing, capturing emotions, moments. Dancing! All this I enjoy to do by myself or to see other people doing things.

Ocean in all kind of ways. Started from surfing but once I did my scubadivibg lisence I really got into marinelife. Just being in the water is way of meditation for me. Nowadays I'm a dive master, free diver, and soon to be sailer. Eventually I'd love to contribute to research and uw photography. Marine wildlife is a huge interest and inspiration of mine and ocean conservation is close to my heart.

Festivals. Put together good vibes, lifestyles, communitys, music, arts, great people and beautiful places, and built a big party around these things. I can't say no. The party-animal side of me loves to have fun and see friends and strangers having fun. And oh I love music and dancing!

Recently I've been more interested about recycling, ecological living and alternative food diets. While traveling I've seen incredible things and how every single small thing is effecting to a bigger picture, it makes me want to make a act for our mother nature and as well, humanity. I am making my way to change some of my every day habits but I still have a lot to learn.
