In 2023 my girlfriend Miriam and me moved to Amman, Jordan for studies (Miriam) and internship at a theater (Jannis).
Currently (summer 2023) we are travelling in the Middle East for vacation.
In September we will go back to Amman, to continue our life there.

About Jannis:

Hi, I'm Jannis and I'm 29 years old. I consider myself a lone wolf sometimes but after a few hours or days, I enjoy having long and deep conversations with listening to each others ideas and stories. I'm often fascinated by the multiple ways people live and what they consider worth living for.
I love to be inspired to try out new things of which I haven't been thinking of doing before. Like the most recent discovery: scuba diving.
One long lasting passion of mine is playing improvisation theater which is to collaboratively create joy, connections, creativity, emotional relations and stories from scratch.

About Miriam:

Hi, I'm Miriam and 31 years young. During the last ten years I tried out many different ways of living. This, recently, brought me back to that I love travelling and am a true full long life learner. That also means bring able ro adapt and learn from others no matter how old I am or how old they are. I met and learned from many people on my way and am glad that I could inspire the other way around. Learning languages and practical skills like carpentry, sewing or Barista is a big part of my personality. For my journeys I wish to encounter with respect and interest and hope to see things from a new perspective by engaging with hosts or guests. Thank you:)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I started using couchsurfing during my first ever bycicle travel through Europe in 2015 and since then I met many inspiring people. What I love about couchsurfing is that through this I saw the places I stayed at through the eyes of locals. One benefit from this always was to try out local food and cooking it together.
