About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To close jails and prisons across the United States

ABOUT ME

I am a 34 year old living in St. Louis. After graduating college (Dartmouth) I was on the road through out the country working for the John Kerry presidential campaign. After some more travels I settled in Mississippi, where I helped run a disaster relief group helping hurricane victims. I attended law school, and got into CSing while researching anti-trafficking efforts in India. I am now a lawyer living in Manhattan's wonderful East Village.
In 2010 I launched a massive cross country trip where using CS to crash on domestic couches for the first time. After quitting my last job I hit the road again, and have now been to 47 states.

After running a campaign to close the Rikers Island jail complex, I have moved to St. Louis to launch a similar campaign here.

PHILOSOPHY

90% of life is timing.
