ABOUT ME

I work in sustainability helping companies understand and reduce their impact on the environment. In the past, I worked as an art director in advertising and also some other random marketing positions. I am pretty easy-going and love learning new things and perspectives from others. I am Indian by birth, American in the head and have influences from latin, arabic and now Norwegian culture. I live for experiences and want to try out everything atleast once.

PHILOSOPHY

I think traveling and new experiences is what makes life really rich and beautiful. Meeting people from opposite corners of the world and discovering you have so much in common is just incredible! I aspire to live several different lives in one lifetime.

I have hosted travellers and friends from all around the world- I surfed in Stockholm once this past summer.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love discovering new indie bands but I’m mostly into Jazz, bluegrass, Americana, soul, some folk... you get the idea. Right now I'm into discovering Norwegian bands as there's a lot of good artists here. Movies: also try to discover good indie/foreign movies… I love Wes Anderson and his humor (Life Aquatic, Royal Tanenbaums, Moonrise Kingdom…), Tarantino, Tim Burton. TV shows such as Fargo, Parks and Rec, Bo jack horseman, etc

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Spent an entire summer living in a mud-hut on an organic farm in Northern Thailand...
Once while I was backpacking in the Norwegian mountains with a friend, we ran into bad weather and ended up hiking continuously for 17 hours with a fullpack. It was a long, cold walk with several near-death moments but we made it out alive to tell the story!

I am quite open to learning and discussing any topic that excites passion in people. I look to learn more about cooking, yoga, farming, gardening, design, environment, etc.
