What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm bringing with me the local cuisine of India to your door.

Many of the hosts I visit express interest in Indian cuisine but lack of ingredients & also inspired by 'Chocolat' (2000 film *ing Juliette Binoche, Johnny Depp) I thought why not pack basic ingredients, spices & spread the flavors. I'm no master chef, but I can cook enough to make a lasting memory.
