ABOUT ME

I wish I could know more about myself to share with you, since I'm always discovering something new. I'm the kind of person who may not notice a red elephant passing in front of me, but a golden coin lying on the street. Sometimes so focused on the subtlety of little details I forget to see the whole.

I'm no good to remember faces, nor names, nor telephones, nor birthdays, but I have a great emotional memory, It´s always me who start that kind of nostalgic conversations ''Do you remember that time''?

I'm the kind of person that get lost even with a map, that forgets the cellphone off,that smiles to strangers and that die from fear of high. I have great fascination for the human behavior, I love to see tiny details in people, their gestures, how they express themselves, their ways, to me is like a insconciente habit to try to decipher them from small things. I am very emotional and sensitive ( in my way), without however, fail to inherit an ironic humor, which by the way, is not always understood. Speaking of mood I'm terrible for telling jokes, but most likely will laugh if you tell me one, since it is not too hard to make me laugh, I love humor series such as Seinfeld, Friends and Two and Half Man

For me to make decisions it is always hard, sometimes it becomes impossible as more options are given, since the small ones like to decide from choosing the color of a dress to live far from your family and friends for a year in another country.

In general I am an easy going person to live with, there are few things that I do not tolerate like prejudice, lies, disrespectful and opportunism.

And more than all these things said about me, maybe a few things said here will not be fully or partially true in a few years, because I believe that we change and we know more about us from the moment we met each other, from the moment that we transcend the limitations of our country, our culture and our customs. This is for me one of the most interesting things in human being, the ability to always recreate ourselves, freeing us from the boredom of predictability.

PHILOSOPHY

Well a lot , not that I´m like mother Teresa of Calcutta,, but I do think we should help others whenever it´s possible, sometimes we can help even with small acts. Other cheap stuff like enjoy your life in a ´´carpe diem´´ way... treat others like you would like to be treated... nothing really special, just the usual ´´good sense´´ thing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I know this all might sound silly and naive but:
Snow for the first time. Vineyard at Epesses. My sister walking for the first time. A dog called ´´tequila´´ that can do ´´High-five´´. Getting to the second floor of Eiffel tower by stairs (this one i´m really proud of), and a lot of other things that I can´t remember now...

Teach, Learn, Share

Well I assume that I can share with you a little bit of brazilian´s way of life, making you a ´´caipirinha´´ ( Brazilian Drink) , a ´´brigadeiro´´ (Brazilian candy) or sharing a little bit what I had learnt in this 24 years that I had lived here. I could also give you some tips about Photography or Cooking...or even teach you some portuguese...and finally and no less important I can teach you how to make a camera using matchbox (yes it is possible) I´m sure there are more things to be shared that we´ll find out occasionally.
