ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going fairly practical girl who like being outdoors, whether it's in a forest, on a boat, in the mountains. I've done a bit of camping and am about to camp in Iceland for two weeks. I am currently on a long rambling holiday through Europe, Scandinavia and North Africa. I really enjoy cooking, reading, hiking, meeting new friends, listening to music, laughing, sharing tales.

PHILOSOPHY

I think it's terribly important to be open minded and adaptable. I am pretty optimistic amd consider myself very lucky to be able to travel and met people and learn along the way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am pretty new to CS but think it truly wondrous. I am about to surf for the first time in Toulouse and will be happy to host back in Sydney from 18th November 2012 onwards!

Interests

Music, reading, nature, the imperfect symmetry of the world, drinking tea, befriending animals, dreaming of being a sailor or at least travelling the world by ship or living on a houseboat, people interest me greatly, food, wine, lots of things, I suppose

Music, Movies, and Books

I tend to like quietly complex music like Sigur Ros and am also partical to a bit of folk/blues/jazz and pretty lyrics always get me. My favourite author is Jonathon Safran Foer. I adore F Scott Fitzgerald, Rimbaud, Patrick White, Tom Robbins, PG Wodehouse
My favorite film is The Fall by Tarsem or Dancer in the Dark
