I work from my laptop and I teach improv workshops while traveling.

I was born in Ohio and lived there until I was 9 years old. I lived in North Carolina from age 9 to 22. After leaving Chapel Hill I would go on to live in: Denver, Austin, Oakland and San Francisco.

Improv, acting, storytelling, startups and wellness; these are a few of my favorite things.
