About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get through college without dying of boredom by constantly traveling to new places and meeting new people

ABOUT ME

I'm a college student studying political science and I try to let people have their space. I won't force you to do anything, but I do want to make friends here. I'll show you around and show you the cool parts of where I live. I'm not a super active person, but I don't like the cold that much (unless I'm snowboarding).

I don't drink or smoke, but I don't mind if you do (as long as you're clean about doing it).

PHILOSOPHY

Live as if today was your last day and live as if you'll never die.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing after reading a little blurb about it from one of my friends. I'm a bit unsure of it, but I'm deciding to give it a try.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
I'm mostly into alternative and indie if it's a night at home, but if I'm out, then whatever gets my blood pumping and gets me hyped.

MOVIES
I'm into virtually all kinds of movies. I'm not particularly interested in documentaries, but who really is? Scary movies don't scare me, but I like the effects in them.

BOOKS
Oof... That's a hard one. Basics first though: Harry Potter will always win in a fight versus Twilight. Other books I like include How to Kill a Mockingbird, Perks of Being a Wallflower, A Clockwork Orange, Good Omens, and virtually any other book I get the time to read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Biked downhill a steep mountain while a FARC soldier with a machete chased after me

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a car that has a lot of space. We can go snowboarding/skiing together if that floats your boat. We can go look for new foods an restaurants to try. I can show you everything that there is fun to do. I can cook a mean chicken roll-up for you or if that doesn't sound lovely, a decent baked ziti. I promise to make any food I cook with enough so that you love it, and have leftovers for a few days.
