About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Currently, just hoping to meet some people on my occasional travels. Hoping to get things situated to host by January!
ABOUT ME
I'm eager to meet new people and to share experiences with others. I am studying Clinical Psychology at The Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. I live in Santa Monica, CA on a sort of "sabbatical" as I finish my dissertation and apply to pre-doc internships. I've been having a ton of fun here. I live 13 blocks from the pier and explore LA every weekend.
PHILOSOPHY
Stay open, reflect when appropriate, accept and love thyself, stay goal-oriented, but know when to just be.

Music, Movies, and Books
Memento was pretty good...
TV on the Radio has been a favorite band of mine for several years now
Justin Martin, Simon Shackleton, Claude Vonstroke and Guy Gerber are a few of my favorite DJs.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was a boy, I went cave/cliff adventuring and barracuda fishing around Isla Mujeras (mile-long island off coast of Cancun, Mexico). We stayed on this island for a week. I made friends with a number of local kids, learned how to dance on the beach at an outdoor bar, went snorkeling, dove for conk, and ate delicious local food, including a 3 foot barracuda I caught! I also experienced my first nude beach, I remember having my mind blown.
In the summer of 2011, I helped create Black Rock City for Burning Man. I learned so much there: about myself (values, interests, habits, beliefs), about meditation and relaxation, about music, about my friends, and about many of my relationships. I've been to BM twice more since and plan to go back again one of these days when it calls for me.
