I'm 23-years old, born and raised in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Both of my parents are Deaf and because of that, together with a team, I'm developing SpeakSee. SpeakSee is a system of microphones that automatically transcribes speech to text on a smartphone app using speech recognition. This way the Deaf person can read what's being said and follow conversations again, easily.

Furthermore, I meditate every morning, love to read about and practice happiness as well as read about society and social dynamics, like books from Yuval Noah Harari.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

At SpeakSee, we recently got admitted to a start-up accelerator program in Geneva called Fusion (www.fusion.xyz) and I found this a good opportunity to join Couchsurfing in order to meet locals as well as the fact that 'start-up CEO' might sound fancy, but the salary is not.
