I like to think of myself as a reliable, friendly, low-maintenance person. I love making people laugh. I enjoy cooking and eating good food, and I’ve recently gotten back into reading. I like riding bikes, running in nature, and I love riding my motorcycle. I prefer small groups to large crowds, and listening rather than talking. I enjoy meeting new people, learning about their way of life, and maybe drawing some inspiration from them once in a while...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My first trip with couchsurfing was to Belgium. I was very surprised how open and welcoming my hosts were, even if we didn't know each other at all. Also the high level of trust they set into me in welcoming me in their home impressed me quite a bit. Over the years I've met quite a few interesting people and made some good friends here.
