My name is Jarl and I'm a 18 years old boy from the Netherlands.
I live near the city Utrecht, like to sport and be out in the nature. Because of these 2 interests I dicided to move to Norway last year, to follow a outdoorstudy. I like to meet new people and lean from the stories and experiences from others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like the feeling of, for example, traveling by hitchicking and meeting new people, more maby than I would do when i travel by plain and train. The good moments, good vieuws, good conversations and nice people will be there and thats why hitchhiking and couchsurfing is really valuable for me:)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all kinds of music, modern with deephouse and house, jazz, blues, and the more old music from the 60's 70'80'and the 90'. Great artists in my eyes are for example Bruce Springsteen, Dire Straits, Sting, Typhoon (dutch), Eric Clapton, BB-King and Alt-J.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed the Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, the highest mountain of Africa, with my studie this year:)
