ABOUT ME

Hi, i'm Jimmy and I am a born and bred Kiwi. I have not really done that much traveling having only really traveled around New Zealand and Australia. And even then, I know that I have only scratched the surface.
I currently live and work in Auckland, i work in IT so have a tendency to be a bit of a geek. I love music, photography, fishing, bush walks, comedy, living my life at a medium pace.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I can't really host due to where I am living (in a shared flat, and the flatmates are not very keen) but I am more than happy to meet up, give advice, or just hang out. Heading to the States in October so hopefully I can find some nice people to stay with!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have now hosted a few people. So far so good. I have had a great time time with the couchsurfers who have come through my place and will definitely be keeping in touch.

I'm hoping to learn things purely through osmosis, but in saying that if something peaks my interest I will give it a nudge. What can I teach? Who knows? Depends where the conversation goes, what's on the cards.
