My name is Ricardo, I was born in Mexico and consider myself a world citizen & free spirit. I am laid-back and Ambivert with deep passion about nature, politics and culture. A third of my life has been spent working on 3 continents and traveling to 4. Note that I am a widower and single father of a beautiful daughter.
I was born vegetarian. But don’t worry I am very adaptable and easy-going. All my family is Vegetarian and we don’t drink alcohol or smoke and I was raised in places like Ashrams so I am very familiar with Yoga and meditation. I join a Buddhist monastery in Sri Lanka for 6 weeks and was the most fantastic experience.

That’s why I am so sure that I will get what I really need to get in life. I think that if you are healthy in your body them you are healthy in everything mental, physical, emotional, and religious one.
