ABOUT ME

I grew up in small country town on the NSW side of the Murray river here in Australia. Living there for 18 years, I finished high school and then moved to Geelong, Vic to study Media and Communications at University. I currently work as a travel agent for Flight Centre so opportunities to travel are high and I've been there for about 9 months.
I am living and working in Geelong, so if you are in the area and need a tour guide, send me a message. I live in a share house so I am yet to be able to offer a bed to stay in, however check back in a few months if you are travelling down Geelong way (we are close proximity to the Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles).

I'm a pretty down to earth person, and I think growing up in the country I've learnt to not take things too seriously all the time.
I identify as homosexual, so all LGBTIQ people are most welcome to chat with me :)
I'm very interested in politics and have studied it as well at university.
I enjoy sport as well; I played tennis for 10 years and am trying to start up again and join a tennis club! Other than tennis, I play mens netball in the Victorian Mens league in Melbourne and I enjoy swimming and going for runs/gym! I also love Australian Rules Football. If you are into sports, seeing an AFL game is a must if you plan to visit Melbourne (everyone is Footy crazy!)

Music, Movies, and Books

Kill Bill is probably my all time favourite movie. I'm more of a TV show watcher though, love Skins, Weeds, The OC, Entourage, United States of Tara, Family Guy, Gossip Girl and Friends.

I have a pretty ecclectic music taste, I blog about Music so I'm obsessed with find new music and Artists. My favourite musicians/Bands would be: Cut Copy, Architecture In Helsinki, Alpine, Vampire Weekend, Alt-J, Swedish House Mafia, Beach House, Flume, Chet Faker, Ellie Goulding, Crystal Fighters...the list goes on! Chances are if you love music we'll get along just fine!

My favourite books include Harry Potter, The Bourne series, The Da Vinci code and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Back in '96 when I was 4 years old, my family and I travelled all the way around Australia with a 4WD and Caravan. I can still remember lots about it and it was such an amazing experience to have when I was such a young age.
I visited Thailand and New Zealand in 2012, and thats when the travel bug hit. In 2013, I went to Europe to visit old High School friends from Sweden and Austria, staying a week each in those countries. I then travelled to Berlin, London and then finished in Paris! At the end of 2013 I also travelled to Vietnam and Laos with 4 of my closest girlfriends...an experience I will never forget!
