About Me
Hi my name is Jarvis. I'm a military brat so I've had the luxury of traveling at an early age. I went to an international highschool and lived between the Netherlands and Germany for 11 years of my life. I currently live in Norfolk Virginia where I've moved to for school my major is biology. I have a twin so I have a sharing and emotionally intuitive nature and I value bonds. I've lived and experienced what it means to be a part of an international community so I get along with everyone pretty well.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I understand the struggle of needing a safe place to crash during my travels and how it can either make or break the trip experience or even end an adventure before it has even begun. With so many good people in the world I don't think shelter should ever be a concern while traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all genres of music even country lol. My favorite song that stirs up a feeling of wanderlust in me is Duesseldorf by Regina Spektor. My favorite movie would have to be Mrs. Doubtfire I think I've seen it 46 times. I love fantasy novels. The more characters and books in the series the better. I love George rr martin's song of ice and fire and Robert Jordan's wheel of time series to name a few.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I've done is get to sing a whole set with a live dutch band at a concert in the Netherlands.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach rudimentary sewing skills. I can mend clothing that has minor damage. I would love to learn how to change breaks on a car. I would also love to practice what little German I know.
