I can provide an

\Open apartment style home in Winston-Salem, NC with an awesome balcony view of the parking lot and woods. In the winter you have a beautiful obstructed view of downtown Winston through the trees. Rowdy neighbor and apartment culture background noises to help soothe you to sleep at night. I am within 2 miles distance of anywhere I personally would ever need to go including the vibrant(ish) downtown, Asian market, Mexican market, corner store, laundromat, Family Dollar.

\I do have a senior pup. So please take that into consideration when considering a stay. He is well behaved until there is someone new in the home and then he acts like he has never been petted or shown a teaspoon of affection in his life. LOL

\ I try to provide and accommodate a very laid back, comfortable atmosphere and lifestyle.

\I can cater to Halal/Kosher Dietary needs. If you like You may take over my kitchen and cook a meal special to you that you enjoy sharing with others. I can provide the ingredients. I do not drink alcohol but you may supply your own if desired.

\I attempt to lead as practical a lifestyle, based on minimalism and necessity, as is possible within my means and one conscious of resources, renewability and sustainability.

\Furniture is more suited to “lounging “ than “just sitting”.

\Clothing optional

\No wifi (i do get full signal though) and no television so i guess we will have to interact with eachother. Hopefully over a glass of tea. I love new Tea recommendations

What I Can Share with Hosts

I try to recreate an “traditional Arabic majlis” lounging aesthetic. (I am fond of Middle Eastern and non western cultures.) All of my couches can double as mattresses. Would prefer no more than 2 guests at a time but can accommodate up to 4 currently. We can discuss details if needed to accommodate more.
