ABOUT ME

helloo, i'm Jasmine- I've settled in San Francisco a few years now, and love this place. That said... I'm always keeping my eyes open for the next destination.

I work in the restaurant industry, and I think eating should be an experience that encompasses all the senses. A great dining experience could stay with you a looonnng time! And plain, old, delicious down-to-earth food is one of the best.

I suppose I'll say a few words to describe myself so you would know whether or not I'm someone you would want to spend time with- i'm overall a very relaxed, open minded person, and it's not difficult to make me laugh.

Although my living situation doesn't exactly afford me much opportunity to host anymore, I would still be happy to help out travelers who need advice, suggestions, or a laid-back time to enjoy San Francisco.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

From the first tentative try on CS I was hooked- I am so grateful for this community for when I travel and for when I'm not. In either scenario, it is just a fantastic way of meeting new people.

i've surfed, then hosted, then surfed! that's how this works, right?

兴趣

traveling, music, movies, art, food (love, love, love food), a lot of typical things many couch-surfers enjoy.

nature is awe- some/inspiring, let's go there!
I like flowers, plants, animals, camping under the full moon, and fireflies.

i very much enjoy comedy.

i also have a list of languages that i want to learn, it's kind of a life project. i probably won't get to all of them, but it's worth a try.

1. jumping off a cliff into the mediterranean not knowing how to swim. that was quite a thrill

2. staying up all night with new friends i made while in marrakech until almost sunrise, when we heard the call the prayer echoing throughout the city. that was one of the most spiritual experience i've had
