I'm Jasmin from Germany. I have lived in the states since April 2015 - working as an aupair in Rochester, New York. An AuPair is basically like a nanny with cultural exchange, but it's just a temporary job. So after 1-2 years (18 months for me) AuPairs get 30 days to travel the USA, before they have to go back to their own countries. So that's why I'm on here. I will mostly travel alone during those 30 days and it would be awesome to find some nice people who can lend me their couch and some advice about their city :)
