About Me

Hello lovely people! I am Jasmin, 27 and since 10 years I'm all around, traveling, visiting communities, working in different places and NGOs. Since I graduated as social worker with the focus of internationalism, I work in different human rights NGOs. Since November I am volunteering at the European outside borders in the Balkans and in Greece, providing distributions and more for people on the move. Since I would love to connect much more with locals in Greece (which might be active in similar fields), I chose Couchsurfing again to connect! Love to learn new things from people, get to know new perspectives and exchange ideas! :)

Next to the political humanitarian activism, I'm fascinated by the world's diverse faces and topics people can dive into, such as art, music, sports and much more. As I love to spend time in nature, work on permaculture farms all over, hike on mountains or camp at the beach, I also enjoy the culture, learning and speaking the local language and get to know the local kitchen. Would love to exchange some good music, life skills :)

At my previous home in South West Germany, I was hosting many people already, but not through this platform. That way, I already know how hosting traveler works.

As I am very thankful, you might open your houses door for me and enable to sleep on your couch, I offer to cook for you, if you want so! As I am really adaptive and flexible, my priority is to respect your wishes and times. If you feel more comfortable that way, we can meet for a coffee before you will decide to provide me your couch. Otherwise, we can simply have a call and talk about everything.

I am really looking forward to get to know you and your place of life!

See you soon hopefully 🌞

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since years I am traveling and have been living at local peoples homes. That way I started loving to explore the places I am visiting from a more local perspective. For this reason, I am welcoming your initiative to tell or show me your favorite coffee place or other places. Also, I am welcoming to create relationships with people around the globe, because that way, I feel more connected to me and the places itself. It simply interests me how it is to live as a local person in the places I am visiting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I am experiencing daily is, that I can rely in the good. I see, people are good.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can exchange anything, depends on our interests. But I'm sure, we will find something interesting for both of us.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am very simple about a place to sleep, just need a corner I can find some rest.
I can offer you nice conversations and nice music I collected from all over. I'm sure, I can offer you good company you feel comfortable to spend some time with and offer your home. But as a big thank you, I will cook very tasty, fresh and healthy veg food and will invite you for a drink.
