I'm about to get my Bachelor's degree in life science and after 4 years of not being on vacation I decided to see some new parts of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I need a new couch and wanted to check several types before I decide which one to buy?
No seriously, isn't it always about meeting people and getting a picture of a city as a local and not as a tourist?
...but to be honest, I want to save money as well.

Interests

I can play the guitar (but I've been a lazy ass the last years so I'm not that good) and I took singing lessons because I really would like to sing while playing the guitar...now I'm not that bad in singing anymore but still not good at all :D
I like videogames, but I grew up with Nintendo and now I'm stuck to it. I can beat your ass in Mario Kart!!! And I'm really into Pokémon, but I've stopped playing it after the 4th generation (yeah, that's probably the kind of stuff you want to know about me...)
I also like to cook, but I'm a vegetarian...sorry (Of course I won't judge you in case you're a meat-eater). I can do Spaghetti with tomato-sauce, pancakes (The german and not the American version), spinach-lasagna and chili sin carne for you :)
I'm interested in everything and love listening to people who are passionate about something.

I like that CS put "beer" on my list of interests ... never thought about that, but CS seems to be right :D

Music, Movies, and Books

Die Ärzte! A famous german band...you really should listen to them...REALLY! They are the best band in the world (just sayin'...)
My favorite music is Rock (Die Ärzte, AC/DC, Black Stone Cherry, Finger Eleven, Volbeat, P!nk, Royal Republic, Itchy Poopzkid, The Offspring, Slash) but I listen to Eric Hutchinson, Mustard Plug, Less than Jake, Jesper Munk, Young Rebel Set, Everlast, Gogol Bordello, Katzenjammer, Flogging Molly, Jake Bugg, Talking Heads as well. And I like Dubstep and Electro Swing, but don't know any certain artists yet
I love trash movies, especially with sharks, like Jaws or Sharknado. And I have a thing for romantic comedy (Basically every movie with Cameron Diaz or Drew Barrymore). But as long as it's no splatter I like to watch everything :)Be

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did the Ben Nevis Bungy Jump (134m) ... being hungover (Maybe that was rather stupid than amazing).
And I carried a beer glass from Belgium to Scotland to New Zealand to Australia and back home in my backpack without breaking it! That's my personal highlight, actually.

I could teach you how to juggle... that's it. I've got no more talents :/
And I'd like to learn dutch and spanish, but haven't started learning it so far.
