ABOUT ME

My name's Jasmin, I am 28 years old, got my state examination in German Literature, World History and Philosophy/Ethics and so.. could be a teacher for German Highschoolers. One day maybe but atm I am studying German as a Foreign Language.

Most of the time I guess I am low maintenance and uncomplicated. I am able to adapt myself rather easily, even so if it's only for a short amount of time.
I like to be among people (above all friends) but at the same time I like to explore new areas on my own.
I am open for advice, open for different points of view and absolutely open-minded when it comes to different cultures, different ethnics, different religions etc

I don't have an opinion on everything and I like to keep it that way.
Nevertheless it's not that seldom that I speak faster than I can think. But the one most annoyed of this fact might actually still be me :'D

Also, I've been told that I have a tendency to be motherly but I still have my doubts. I am a good listener but not a good speaker. My thoughts are rather chaotic. I love to sleep (late) but regret it afterwards regarding the wasted time. I love to be in the open countryside, watching the landscape but I dislike trekking and snails. Rain and snow are no problem but I prefer light, sunshine and degrees above 20°C. My favorite seasons are spring and summer but spring might still be my number one considering just everything blooms then.

I really like to travel all around the world but I didn't have the time nor the opportunity to do so. Maybe one day. Maybe not, since I am still a scaredy cat when it comes to act. Yet, I've been already to South Korea meeting a friend of mine and among other European countries, I've also been to Jordan for an internship. I'd really love to go to Japan and China teaching there German but this is still written in the stars :)

Interests

My interests are languages (especially German), different cultures, their history, also travelling, my family, friends and my cavies. Yes, cavies (and all the other animals with fur). Kind of childish but still. That's me :)
I like to take photos with my camera, strolling through unknown places and discovering one or two geocaches for my boyfriend or rather for his hobby (keeping him silent this way, ha ha).

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm rather uncomplicated when it comes to music. I can listen to any kind, it's just a matter of how long I have to. Still, I prefer rock, alternative and pop. My favorite bands seems to be atm All Time Low, Avicii and OneRepublic.
Oh, and I really love Disney songs (and movies) as well! Crazy me.
Books I especially like don't exist. Actually, books I don't like do exist. Thriller and Horror are genres I'd rather leave untouched.
