Overview
About Me
I am a Floridian from a big city. I try to make sense of the world by making art, conversation, and exploring. I am a teacher and I enjoy collaborating with others. When I travel I get inspired by my surroundings and reflect on my memories to make art later. Sharing the time with locals/new people always makes it even more special. I love couch surfing because it brings people together for a meaningful exchange. I always give my hosts something in return for their hospitality. As a host, I just hope to make a friend and learn from others and give back to a community that has already given me so much. I can show you around Riverside to see all the oak trees with spanish moss, visit the St. Johns river (i've spotted dolphins before!), and tell you about my favorite natural spots in Florida. Follow me on instagram to get a better look at who I am and all I do @jasminealdershoff
Interests
I love language, art, anthropology, and geology. Any chance I get, I go hiking or exploring somewhere new. I also like to bike, skate, kayak, and do yoga. I'm a painter, muralist, printer maker, ceramicist and I love making people art/doing commissions.
