I'm originally from Canada but am living in Australia at the moment. I'm currently trying to use up as many working holiday visas around the world as I can before I turn 35. I started travelling late in my 20's but now I simply can't give it up. Next stop is Japan for a 2 month snowboard vacation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm interested in so much more than just meeting other travellers in hostels as I make my way around the world. Don't get me wrong, I love that too! But I also like to meet locals and experience a place the way that they do. I find it fun to share knowledge and skills with people from other countries, being introduced to new cuisines and a way of life that I may be unfamiliar with.

I love watching documentaries, reading books about travel, and listening to all sorts of music, from reggae to folk to electronic, whatever my soul is craving at the time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've sat atop a whole lot of big mountains, it's a goal to summit new mountains every year in different countries every time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn about international cooking. I love to sing and play music and try to learn new languages.
I could try to teach what I know about yoga or music or the English language to whomever wants to learn.
