About Me
The quote below nicely sums up what I am aboutI will work on updating his section in time with further information. I will say I am a very liberal individual on my views but I am my own being and as such I don't claim to hold all the same values as the next liberal. I am me.
"Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.”
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the idea of a group of like minded individuals who not only want to cut down on the cost of traveling, which affords more adventures but the potential of new friendship! I don't believe you can ever have to many connections. I also don't mind returning the favor if we mutually get along. I live in central FL :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Honestly, I have a very eclectic taste on movies, books and music. Right now I Iove my Kat Dahlia Pandora Station, just rewatched a Canadian series called Being Erica and will probably rewatch Jane the Virgin in the near future . I read books like The Autobiography of Nelson Mandela, Clan of the Cave bear, eat pray love and the five love languages. I also listen to music from all different genres and cultures. Periodically I get in the mood to watch documentaries and I LOVE Sundance , IFC, and TFF movies. It is all about my mood . I also like trying out music, movies and books that people suggest. I have came across some amazing new discoveries that way!
Teach, Learn, Share
That's hard. I like to learn all kinds of new things and try new activities from surfing to salsa to mushroom cultivation( shiitake! Lol) to making my own soap. In regards to what I have to teach, I am a Program Director of a one stop center for homelessness so I feel like I have a lot to share regarding homelessness and ways to get involved to support your community in awareness of Mental Health and community driven action to end homelessness .
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have always been told that my one of the best traits about me is my bubbly spirit and my openness to talk about all kinds of topics for hours!
