Hey there ! Back on Couchsurfing after about seven years…! I got back on it for an interrail trip september - october 2023 and added a few really positive experiences to my already positive ones from the past. Coming back to Malmö it would be nice to give back to the community and host a little bit, but since I live in a shared flat with four other people I would have to check in with them first.

A bit about me: I am from Gothenburg, have lived in Umeå ❄️ Visby 🏝️ Åre 🏂 and now just moved to Malmö 🌊. I like hiking, climbing, swimming, yoga, AcroYoga, slackline, being out in the nature but also with friends and family (can be combined, of course 👌🏻). I also love to eat vegan meals and cakes 🧁 🌱. I am a psychologist and yoga instructor.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have mostly surfed while travelling, but have also hosted a few people in my house in Gothenburg where I used to live with my dad.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Me and two friends couchsurfed in Japan and our hosts were really the best we could wish for. Then I surfed a little on my own in Mexico and Guatemala, and then around Europe as well. I've had really good experiences. Some a bit weird too, but the overall experience is definitely positive!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I've experienced is actually to go to a couchsurfers place, without being sure if he would be home or not since he didn't have internet, and then find him waiting for me at the bus stop, smiling wisely and saying "I knew you'd come!"
